The name
Mada means reach.
In Arabic, مدى (mada) means reach, range or horizon: how far a career can go.
Our logo is a horizon line with the sun rising over it. Our job is to extend how far every candidate can reach: into the room, and beyond it.

Mada is not a recruitment agency. We don’t place candidates into jobs, and we have no relationship with any employer’s hiring decisions.
We are not only interview coaching either. We help candidates decide where to aim, position themselves, build a strategy to get in, prepare for the process, negotiate the offer, and then do well once they’re in.
We’re built in the UAE around Middle East recruiting, and open to candidates anywhere.

Mada is built on the idea that access to the right guidance can change someone’s trajectory. As Mada grows, we intend to donate a portion of our profits to UNESCO to help fund education in Lebanon.
