Where they’ve worked
Coaches come from MBB, Tier 2 strategy firms such as Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger and Arthur D. Little, and Big Four strategy practices. Some are current consultants coaching alongside their role.
How they’re vetted
Every coach is vetted by the Mada team before joining. We look for people who have interviewed or hired, and who can give direct, specific feedback.
How you’re matched
